Jeff Urban has been part of the family business for nearly 20 years and is the company’s expert in large-scale projects, from high-rises to large apartment, condominium, and office buildings. He’s also the office nerd; a graduate in Information Technology from San Diego State, he pushes the envelope to find ways to improve efficiencies and cost savings that benefit the company’s clients.

“Large-scale projects require coordination of materials, manpower, schedules, and skills to meet the client’s needs,” Jeff says. “I make sure we deliver on our promises.”

Jeff credits his wife, Bex, who is a yoga-meditation-Pilates instructor, and his three kids for keeping him grounded and focused. In his free time, Jeff’s into sports: skiing, snowboarding, tennis, basketball, or poaching single track in the hills of Marin.
