If I ever have to do another project, I would go straight back to Urban Painting. I was impressed with the organization, knowledge of the work and the fact that Urban walked the properties as they prepared the bid. With every request and turn, they were gracious and helpful in working with the owners and our HOA president was impressed with the excellent safety program.

In a business where you have to deal with nature and unforeseen home conditions, coming to work with a smile every day can be a challenge. But smiles are exactly what I have seen from the team at Urban who executed the work as if the homes were their own. Schedules were communicated in a timely manner and the team was incredibly responsive to owners’ needs.

I believe Urban specializes in BIG projects - and they have that down to a science. They prepped the entire street, then came back with house color, then back with trim color. Takes a bit longer for each unit, but makes perfect sense for efficiency. Good job, friendly team, terrific and responsive foreman (thank you Julio), and my townhome looks great.
